MARK YOUR CALENDARS FOR LA28

World Lacrosse has announced the Olympic schedule for Sixes lacrosse at the Los Angeles 2028 Games. Running during the second week of the Games, lacrosse will make its return to the Olympic stage (with women’s lacrosse debuting at the event) from 24-29 July 2028 at Exposition Park Stadium, Los Angeles. Six teams in the men’s and women’s competition will play in a round robin format for the first five days, with the top two ranked teams heading to the gold medal game, and 3rd and 4th best teams playing in the bronze medal match on the same day - Saturday 29 July.

We have yet to discover what the qualification process will be for these Olympics, but there’s no doubt that a key component of teams’ preparation will be The World Games taking place this August.
